Notebook sketches at 2 a.m.
The idea started as margins in a notebook, not a roadmap.
Wireframes for a personal site that could grow into a small studio presence. No stack chosen yet — only a mood board, three typefaces, and the rule that motion should feel calm, not loud.

First clickable shell
A static homepage and a broken deploy button taught more than any doc.
Shipped a one-page demo with hard-coded copy and a hero that jittered on Safari. Learned that smooth scroll, font loading, and dark mode need to be designed together from day one.

Public beta, quiet traffic
Opened the doors with a changelog and a contact form nobody spammed.
Added a blog, basic analytics, and a component library pulled from side experiments. Most visitors landed on the hero; the milestone page was written last — which is why it still reads like fiction.

Systems over one-offs
Stopped hand-rolling pages and started composing sections.
Introduced shared tokens, i18n-friendly copy files, and a deploy pipeline that fails loudly. The site became a template for the next thing, not a shrine to the first thing.

Still moving the line forward
This timeline is decorative — the next beat is whatever ships after you read this.
Planned experiments: richer case studies, a proper docs hub, and fewer animations that fight the reader. If you're browsing a demo, treat every date above as lore, not fact.
